How to place your order
To place your order by credit card please Click Here.
To order by post please fill in our order form, print out and send the order form together with your payment to the address below. Click Here for our order form.
If you order online we will send you a confirmation email to show that we have received your order. There will be no contract between us, however, until we send you an invoice. The invoice will be enclosed with your charcoal. If you buy offline using our order form, you will not receive an email confirmation, but will receive an invoice with your purchases and that will indicate that a contract exists between us.
Packaging:
So as to reduce non-biodegradable waste, we avoid using plastic materials as far as we can. All our bamboo charcoal is packed with paper, acid-free tissue, cardboard and paper-based tape. We hope you won't mind if it looks quite plain!
Delivery:
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt of your order. If the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will get in touch with you when we receive your order and inform you of the best delivery schedule. If that schedule is not acceptable to you, you may choose to cancel your order.
Returns Policy
We fully expect you to be very happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us to let us know. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your charcoal. If you do so, please return the goods to us in good condition and we will send you a full refund. When you return the goods please include your full name and contact details, and retain proof of posting. The cost of returning the charcoal will be borne by you. When you make online, postal and phone purchases you are protected by The Distance Selling Regulations.
Data Protection
Please be assured that we do not disclose any information about our customers to third parties.
Governing Law
Your contract with us will be governed by English law and any dispute will be dealt with in the English courts.
